The Engineering Council wanted to increase awareness, and take up, of Incorporated Engineer (IEng status).
We worked with them to develop, create and implement the successful ‘I am an IEng’ campaign - which included offline and online advertising and email marketing - to promote awareness of Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status to potential registrants, partner organisations and stakeholders.
Alongside the IEng activity we devised and implemented the Engineering Council’s social media strategy and introduced a series of eBooks which have “proved popular with those wishing to learn more about professional registration” (Jon Prichard, CEO, Engineering Council). Our marketing led approach to social media helped establish the Engineering Council as one of the top 25 global influencers on ‘engineering’ on Twitter and helped build strong, relevant followings on Facebook and Twitter.
